Which Features Should We Expect In iOS 7

iOS is indeed a great OS. We have seen many developments in new versions of iOS but iOS 6 wasn’t much different from iOS 5. iOS 6 was launched by Apple along with iPhone 5 on 12th September 2012. iOS remained quite controversial because of its Maps App problem for which Apple’s CEO Tim Cook later apologized.

Recently there have been rumors that Apple is working on iOS 7 for a new iPhone which is expected to be iPhone 7. Reports suggest that Apple will launch it in the second half of 2013.

Now keeping in mind, Apple’s previous record. Lets take a look at the features we can expect to be in iOS 7.

1) A new and much better Maps App so that they can compete with Google Maps. Apple did try to compete with Google Maps when they didn’t use Google Maps for iOS 6 and launched its own iOS 6 Maps but later because of the problems in iOS Maps, Apple had to allow Google to bring its maps back to iOS 6.

2) Apple could make SIRI quite better than it is right now and make it more friendly with the user. Recently we saw that Apple is looking for a developer who can evolve and enrich SIRI and make it more creative.

3) Apple could make the “Do Not Disturb” feature much better because that feature really helps people when they don’t want to be disturbed and it became quite popular among people.
