You might have seen that Microsoft launched a Tablet PC in 2001 which worked on the original version of Microsoft Windows instead of a less functional OS than Microsoft Windows.

That Tablet PC was welcomed by people but not as much as now people welcome Apple’s products. People remained loyal to their Desktop Computers rather than buying a portable computer.

Later on in 2010, Apple launched its Tablet Computer which they named as iPad. iPad became popular soon after its launch because Apple had already made its great image among the youth since they launched iPhone. Now when iPad was released people decided to use it in their Schools for education, In their Offices for business purposes because iPad was capable of being used in almost every field.

We asked some people that why didn’t Microsoft’s Tablet PC became popular like the iPad and they said that it was an expensive device at that time and it was meant for business purposes while the iPad is fun to use and can be used in almost every field of life. Others said that it was heavy while the iPad is light weight and easy to carry. Some said that Microsoft’s OS was much complicated for people while anyone even small kids can use iPad.
